330W of continuous portable power
Virtually the same power station as the FlashFish E300, the differences being essentially cosmetic. Just like the E300, this model is designed to fulfill the needs of campers and everyone who wants to make the most of the freedom that the outdoor and adventurous life offers.
It has a compact body measuring 8.23 x5.19 x7.56 inches and is built to be light and easily transportable out on the trail or on the road. And homeowners will no doubt find the bright LED lighting a real boon when the grid goes down so they can safely find their way in the dark to power up some essential appliances.
battery safety and saving technology
Th 300Wh lithium-ion battery is managed by a Battery Management System (BMS) which provides protection from:
- Short-circuit
- Over-current
- Over-charging
- Low voltage
- Over-heating
And a fan helps to ensure the unit remains within its operating temperature limits either when on charge or providing power to external devices.
If no appliances are connected to the unit, it will automatically turn off to save battery power.
recharging the power station
The EA300 can be charged by at least three methods: AC wall outlet, solar panel(s) – (either 2x50W or 1x100W, and a car’s 12V socket.
The time to recharge the EA300 can differ because of various factors, such as location, temperature, and weather conditions. But as a general guide you can expect times of about:
- 5-6 hours to fully recharge from an AC wall outlet (60W AC adapter included),
- 6-7 hours from a 12V/24V car port
- 6-7 hours using a FlashFish 100W solar panel – paid link (comes with a 4 in 1 connector adapter kit)
control panel power outputs and input
The control panel is designed for the easiest of operation. An LCD panel is included so you can keep a close eye on AC/DC input and output wattage, as well as the battery’s condition in terms of remaining time and charging status.
The outlets include:
- 2x110V 330W (Peak 380W) AC Pure Sine Wave
- 2xDC 12V~16.8V/168W Max
- 1xUSB (5V/2.4A)
- 2 Quick Charge 3.0 USB outputs (18W QC3.0, 5V/2.4A)
- 1xDC 21.5 DC socket output (24V/3.8A Max) (12V/10A)
- 1xDC Input/Solar Input (V/3.4A)
- Solar Input: 18~24V – for 2x50W or just 1x100W Solar Panel(s)
Both of the 330W continuous AC outlets have a momentary surge (peak) of 380W, and their Pure Sine Wave output provides a safe and steady stream of power that won’t harm any of your sensitive electronic devices.
eco-friendly clean indoor and outdoor power
While gas-powered portable generators have an important, and sometimes vital, role to play in the lives of many people who have limited or no access to grid power, it’s always a pleasure to be able at times to forget their noise and potentially dangerous fumes. And this is where portable power stations can step forward to supplement a portable generator when power needs are not so great. It might also be one of very few options for people who live in apartments and for obvious reasons are prohibited from using a portable generator.
a top choice for adventurers
Portable power stations are the top choice for adventurers who love hiking and camping because of their compact size, light weight and unrivaled portability.
