What can this device power?
X-Boost technology can power devices up to 1800W, but it’s unsuitable for A/Cs, larger fridge-freezers and microwaves with a high peak power. A 600W microwave would be okay.
Can I use this as a UPS?
Not advisable. Connected devices won't be powered if station is fully discharged.
Can I use a 200W Solar Panel with this model?
Yes, 200W and up to 25V is the max solar input. However, EcoFlow make 110W and 160W models suitable for this power station. Two 110W solar panels can be connected in parallel.
Can I take this power station on a plane?
No, the Li-on battery size exceed that permitted by the TSA for safety reasons.
Can I use the power station while it is on charge?
Yes, it outputs power even when the unit is being charged, though charging will take longer.
Is internet access needed to use the App?
No, all you need is a wi-fi connection to control the unit from your phone.
Is the unit really silent?
The unit has a cooling fan that is only really audible when standing very close to it.

The ECO Flow River pro needs to have its on demand wattage raised to 2000 peak or surge watts and 1500 continues watts!
Granted, the power bank only weighs 17 lbs.
Takes 1 to 2 hours to fully charge, that makes the product a tab bit expensive- for off grid needs.
A few of The Solar Panel Configurations are also less than optimal for and off grid paradigm. If one panel can produce 48volts then 4 of them would provide 96 volts for two panels and. 192 total volts and an anticipated wattage of at least 500!
Plus! ECO Flow needs to understand, DIY solar needs can’t be packaged and marketed!
