Though it’s a very small unit and as a result has limited power capabilities, it can charge up to 9 devices at a time (within its overall 100W). According to Westinghouse, it can provide power for:

The iGen160s, like all power stations, uses the stored energy in a lithium battery cell to deliver a “clean” output that’s free from the kind of harmful emissions such as carbon monoxide produced by gas-powered portable generators. And unlike a portable generator, it is virtually silent in operation, so you won’t disturb your neighbors.

The lithium-ion batteries in this model last almost twice as long as the more traditional battery technology and are completely maintenance-free. There are no moving parts, so you can operate the unit safely both indoors and outdoors (but not in the rain).

4-way recharging methods

The iGen160s charges in as little as 6 to 7 hours using the included car charger, wall charger, or any optional solar panel that has a DC13V-25V/2A max port. Of course, it’s also possible to charge the unit if you also have a portable generator.

Low voltage protection, short circuit protection, and overload protection all work to protect the battery and connected devices, so you can rest assured your devices are in safe hands.

The control panel has all the controls you need in a single location, with on/off keys for AC and DC outlets, flashlight and reading lamp buttons. You’ll also find it has an easy-to-read multi-color LCD screen to give you some basic information on the operational state of the unit.

The unit comes with an LED flashlight / reading light, and you’ll be pleased to know that you can adjust the brightness according to your situation. This LED can also help draw attention by being able to blink using its SOS mode in case of any emergency.
