A multiuse power station

The Marbero M82 Max mini power station can be used for emergency backup power for very essential equipment in the home, but it’s mainly aimed at campers and those who enjoy the freedom of outdoor adventures. It’s amazingly slim, compact and light measuring a tiny 6.5 x 4.1 x 3.1 inches, and weighing only 2.4lbs, making it hardly noticeable on long treks.

High capacity battery for size of unit

It contains a high-capacity and powerful 88Wh (equivalent to 24000mAh/3.7V), which can support a wide range of the smallest of devices (under a combined maximum of 80W).

Multiple output ports

It’s also an ideal addition for the modern student to keep their laptop, iPad, and smartphone charged up using the multiple outputs available on this model, which include:

  • 2xQC3.0 USB ports (18W Max)
  • 2xUSB ports (5V, 2.4A)
  • 1xUSB C port (PD2.0, 18W Max)
  • 1xDC port (12-16.8V/10A, 13A Max)
  • A 2 and 3 prong wall socket outlet (80W running, 120W peak)

Bright LED lighting

The M82 Max is fitted with a 3-level brightness LED flashlight able to shine for 67+ hours. It has a steady light and emergency flashing SOS mode, so you can feel safer when out camping or hiking on an adventure trail

The long-lasting and powerful flashlight is also a great tool to have on hand when the power goes at home out and you’re left in the dark.

Battery safety with built-in Battery Management System (BMS)

Like in the bigger power stations, the M82 Max has enhanced safety provided by a Battery Management System (BMS). This monitors and controls voltage and temperature, as well as having other advanced safety features such as automatic shutoff in cases of over-voltage or short-circuit.

Temperatures of the unit’s power supply and electrical components are also controlled by cooling vents on the rear of the unit.

What Solar Panels can I use with this model?

You can use either the Marbero 30W or the Marbero 60W Solar Panels with the M82 Max. These are ideal for this model, and are compatible with many other brands.

It’s very small. What can it power?

Yes, it is very compact for the easiest in portability. It’s great for charging small electronics under 80W, such as phones, laptops, drone batteries etc.

Will it power my coffee maker?

Unfortunately, coffee makers in general need a high wattage and far beyond the capabilities of the M82 Max.

Can I take this power station on a plane?

TSA rules say that power banks have to be carried in hand baggage and the batteries must be no larger than 100Wh. The M82 Max is rated at 88Wh, so the answer may be yes. But check with your airline for up-to-date advice.

Can I use the power station while it is being charged?

Yes, it outputs power even when the unit is being charged.

For how long can this power a CPAP machine?

The M82 Max is capable of powering a CPAP machine for around 5.5 hours.

  1. I got my Marbero M82 Max 3000mah in May of 2022. now, it will not hold a charge & the 120v output will not work. everything else works if you keep it plug in. Can I return it for a new one or get my money back?
